Crime update for March 2026

Dear Residents,

Here is an update regarding Burglaries, Vehicle Crime and Criminal damage which occurred in Old Basford in the month of March.

Burglary - 2

Browns Croft – Attempt to enter door, no entry gained.

Park Lane – Attempt to enter open window at HMO (house of multi-occupancy)

Burglary Other - 1

Plaza Gardens – Insecure shed entered but nothing stolen.

Criminal Damage - 2

Rosegarth Walk – Window smashed.

Basford Road – Wheelie bin set on fire.

Theft of vehicle - 1

Harewood Avenue – Vehicle stolen from road.

Theft from vehicle - 2

Cowley Street – Registration plate removed but left under vehicle.

Thorndale Road – Vehicle left insecure, sunglasses and small change stolen.
